Experience Substation’s ‘vibe and climb’ adventure in Brixton this winter season

Substation’s climbing centre is offering a ‘vibe and climb’ experience in Brixton to get your share of adventure this winter season.

Fridays and fitness aren’t usually words that are used in the same sentence, but each Friday, Substation will be hosting a DJ to get your blood pumping while climbing – the perfect warm-up to some post climbing drinks.

January’s programme also includes a ‘feel good festival’ on Monday, January 16, ‘bring a friend’ sessions for free guest access and 10 per cent off all memberships for new sign ups.

Members will be set a new challenge every week and can enjoy word-class bouldering, an olympic-sized climbing wall, two LED training boards and a circuit-board with new routes mapped out each week.

It’s the perfect way to spice up any workout and members can enjoy a freestyle gym and weights area, AYB dance studio and a jam packed schedule with yoga, hot yoga, HIIT and more.

Their in-house ‘Herb cafe’ has a range of home-grown vegetarian options and is the perfect space for socialising with friends or just relaxing.

On Wednesday, December 14, they will be hosting their annual Christmas pub quiz for the festive season which is available for booking now for teams of up to five.

For families, Substation offers a ‘sub-club’ for seven-13- year-old children on Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays, for a fun, colourful and sociable introduction to climbing.

Tickets are £14 for adults for single visits or £75 a month for a membership.
