Millwall injury news for Championship match against Swansea City
Millwall manager Gary Rowett does not expect to have any fresh injury issues to deal with for Tuesday’s home game against Swansea City.
The Lions are not expecting midfielder Billy Mitchell or attacker Mason Bennett to be back until after the international break with both working their way back from ankle problems.
Winger Tyler Burey has been sidelined with a hip issue.
It will be a bonus for Rowett if Callum Styles, on loan from Barnsley, is back before the end of the campaign. The Hungarian international has been absent with a quad injury.
The Lions will look to cement their play-off place when they face a Swans side who have taken one point from a possible 15 and lost 3-1 to Middlesbrough at the weekend.
Asked if there were any new injury doubts for the match, Rowett told the South London Press: “We’re pretty similar at the moment. I don’t think anyone reported anything yesterday.
“Whether or not anyone comes in today with anything, but I don’t anticipate anyone would have an injury that would rule them out at this point.”
