Sam’s priorities are his clients and staff

A fire and security firm is aiming to lock down its presence as it expands its services into Bromley and the surrounding areas.

Jackson Fire and Security has opened its newest base, and its branch director is eager to bring accessible premise safety solutions to businesses and residential developments in the region, as well as meaningful employment.

Sam Bradley, who was born in the area, will head the division after a decade of managing his own company where his role involved leading a team and handling key client accounts for international brands.

With a focus on spending more time with his family and an eagerness to serve his community, he is calling on engineers and business development professionals to join the company.

He said: “It’s an incredibly exciting opportunity to support organisations and residents in the area where I grew up and arm them with safety and security products, as well as reduce the burden of staying on the right side of legislation and insurance requirements.

“I’ve always been technically minded, and I love to figure out how things operate, so aligning my experience of providing effective results for clients with working locally is the perfect career step.”

Sam, who has already recruited an engineer to assist with sustainable growth as his contract base increases, is keen to build a welcoming culture for his employees.

The father of two said: “I want to ensure my team feel the benefits of a healthy work-life balance by offering flexible hours and creating a friendly and motivating environment as engineering can often be branded as a lonely career.

“To avoid this, I intend for each engineer to assist the same client, so a strong rapport is built, and employees can really get to know the local businesses and communities we engage with.

“It will also ensure an on your doorstep service, as often with larger firms, quick and tailored support isn’t always guaranteed.”

Steve Jackson, managing director at Jackson Fire and Security said: “Sam’s determination to deliver high-quality solutions is fantastic, and we are certain he will be a brilliant addition to our UK-wide team.

“The new branch will be a key site in bringing our latest products to the area and we look forward to see him boost both job opportunities and fire and security services in the region.”

Formed in 1991, the company has built a reputation for quality, reliability, and service, and is NSI gold-accredited for fire and security systems.
