Your Great South London Press Out Now!!

Residents say they are “appalled” at new figures released this week which show one South London borough has the highest number of empty homes in the whole capital.

Croydon and South London grieved on Saturday as the family of 15-year-old Elianne Andam held an emotional procession through the streets where she once lived, before her funeral commenced.

And the family of a 10-year-old boy are celebrating his last rounds of cancer treatment.

There are nine pages of South London Press sport, including an in-depth interview with new Millwall head coach Joe Edwards and an exclusive first newspaper catch-up with Lions defensive prospect Niino Adom-Malaki.

We also have a report and reaction from Charlton’s FA Cup win over Cray Valley PM.

Plus we have all the latest things to do in the capital, and reviews and previews of shows and exhibitions in our Talk of the Town Section.

Everyone at the South London Press thanks you for your continued support.

Former Housing Secretary Robert Jenrick has encouraged everyone in the country who can afford to do so to buy a newspaper, and told the Downing Street press briefing:

“A FREE COUNTRY NEEDS A FREE PRESS, AND THE NEWSPAPERS OF OUR COUNTRY ARE UNDER SIGNIFICANT FINANCIAL PRESSURE”

If you can afford to do so, we would be so grateful if you can make a donation which will allow us to continue to bring stories to you, both in print and online. Or please make cheques payable to “MSI Media Limited” and send by post to South London Press, Unit 112, 160 Bromley Road, Catford, London SE6 2NZ
