Sports centre launches recruitment drive after multi-million-pound revamp

David Lloyd Leisure is looking for staff to fill hospitality, spa, and fitness roles as part of a multi-million-pound transformation to one of its branches.

The improvements to the club, in Fulham Broadway Retail Centre, Fulham Road, Fulham, are expected to generate more than 40 new jobs when it reopens in 2024.

The club temporarily closed on June 30, to begin the eight-month transformation programme.

Additions to the club include a new business hub with workstations and charging points as well as new facilities including a hydrotherapy pool, steam room, rainforest experience shower, and heated beds.

There will also be a new children’s area full of activities and new studios for weekly group exercise classes.
