Chelsea made it 21 home wins on the spin and boss Emma Hayes said: “I’ve never seen a player like Lauren do the things she does individually.
“If you get tight to her, she’ll roll you. If you drop off of her, next time she makes a move, you think you’ve got her.
“She’s so explosive. She’s got a left and a right foot. Often players have got strong sides, but I think she can do it on both feet.”
Ashlee Hincks scored twice for AFC Wimbledon as they defeated Charlton U21s in the Capital Senior Cup at Plough Lane.
Hannah Mackenzie headed the Dons in front from a Hincks’ corner and the prolific striker converted from the spot after the referee penalised a handball.
A foul on Emily Donovan handed Wimbledon another penalty and again Hincks made no mistake.
Millwall Lionesses won 5-4 on penalties against QPR in the Capital Senior Cup.
Maizi Garwood scored on the rebound after Clementine Young’s shot hit the bar but their opponents levelled in the second half from the spot.
Ella Bailey stuck away the decisive penalty in the shootout.
