Free Pilates class at Battersea Library

Pilates is the exercise class of the moment with athletes and dancers swearing by it and studios filling up by the day.

If you haven’t tried it out for yourself yet, Battersea Library in Lavender Hill, Battersea, is offering a free session on February 13.

All levels are welcome, it’s free to join and no booking is required, so worth a go.

The session is run by Viola, a professionally trained dancer, and all you need is your own mat.

Viola said: “I discovered the power of Pilates during my dance training as a way to enhance my performance and injury rehabilitation.

“My sessions incorporate the elegance and flow of classical dance with the fundamentals of Pilates practice focusing on building strength, flexibility and overall mind and body balance.”

Head to Battersea Library on  February 13, at 6.30pm for your free session. To find out more email violarosepilates@gmail.com or visit @violarosepilates
