Image released of man linked to indecent exposure and assault

A traumatic walk home from Westbourne Park Tube for two women has resulted in a police appeal to identify a man thought to be involved.

The incident happened on October 19 last year, at around 11.30pm as two women were making their way home from the Tube station.

As they walked towards Tavistock Crescent, Notting Hill, they noticed a man in front of them who was performing a sex act.

The man began to follow them and, as the women arrived in nearby St Ervans Road, he grabbed one of them and pulled her to the ground. He then ran off.

Detective Constable Anne-Marie Wright leads the investigation and said: “Thankfully neither woman was seriously injured but the incident obviously left them extremely shaken.

“We are issuing this e-fit in the hope someone will recognise this man. If you can help please get in contact immediately.”
