All Points East announces final additions to huge line up

By Sarah Tetteh

All partied out this summer? Well, best dust off your raving gear –  there’s one major summer festival still to go.

Uber One presents All Points East has  announced the final additions to this huge bill accompanying The Postal Service and Death Cab for Cutie at Victoria Park, closing out the festival on August 25.

Hailing from Long Island, The Lemon Twigs bring a unique blend of retro rock and pop to the All Points East stage. Composed of brothers Brian and Michael D’Addario, their music evokes the sounds of the ’60s and ’70s while maintaining a contemporary edge.

The New York brothers began writing songs from young ages and delivered their 2016 debut album, Do Hollywood, on 4AD at the tail-end of their teenage years.

The subsequent eight years brought more acclaimed EPs from the home-recorded Brothers of Destruction to Everything Harmony which was released in May 2023.

Almost exactly a year later, their next album A Dream Is All We Know was released, recorded during a period of intense productivity and featured more string arrangements than other Twigs’ albums.

An emerging talent in the UK music scene, Matt-Felix combines soulful vocals with introspective lyrics and a blend of modern indie and pop influences.

Recently settled in London and already working with a range of musicians, his newly released debut single Leave, Just To Stay is available now and accompanied by a theatrical video shot at the historic Rivoli Ballroom in South East London.

With more music being released throughout 2024, Matt-Felix is forging his own path ahead.

Liverpudlian singer, Luvcat, a rising name in the alternative pop landscape, merges dreamy synths with catchy hooks and introspective lyrics, creating a sound that is both ethereal and accessible.

With influences ranging from The Cure to Nick Cave, Luvcat’s music offers a vibrant and fresh listening experience. After her stand out set at The Great Escape this May, we are excited to have her take to the All Points East stage for the first time.

These three artists join previously announced The Decemberists, Phoenix, Gossip, LANY, Say She She, Sleater-Kinney, Everything Everything, Yo La Tengo, Teenage Fanclub, Wednesday, Soft Launch, Gustaf, Spiritual Cramp, Mehro, John-Robert, Bo Staloch and many more.

Tickets on sale now here.
