Newcastle v AFC Wimbledon EFL Cup team line-ups – Pigott partners Bugiel up top with Chelsea last 16 clash up for grabs
AFC Wimbledon Johnnie Jackson has made three changes from the side that drew 0-0 with Bradford in League Two on September 21.
Joe Pigott, Callum Maycock and Huseyin Biler have all come into the team, with Josh Neufvill, Alistair Smith and Matty Stevens dropping out and named on the bench.
Aron Sasu is back in the matchday squad after suffering a hamstring injury at the start of the season.
The game was scheduled to take place at Plough Lane last Tuesday, but extensive flooding and damage to Wimbledon’s pitch and concourse meant the clash had to be postponed.
It was quickly rearranged for tonight night at St James’ Park.
Jake Reeves and Ryan Johnson miss out through injury.
A place in the last 16 against Chelsea is up for grabs.
