Diogo Jota’s ninth-minute strike was the only goal of the game as Crystal Palace suffered a 1-0 defeat at home to table-toppers Liverpool on Saturday.

The Eagles have matched their worst start to a Premier League campaign since the 2017-18 season under Frank de Boer and Roy Hodgson.
