Crystal Palace set for £10m swoop for West Bromwich Albion defender Nathan Ferguson

BY RICHARD CAWLEY

Crystal Palace are set to sign West Bromwich Albion defender Nathan Ferguson.

The 19-year-old is due to be out of contract in the summer.

It means the Baggies face losing the teenager for compensation if he did not extend his terms.

Ferguson was due to undergo his medical earlier this week as Palace closed on a deal which could be worth £10million.

He is comfortable playing in either full-back slot although he is right-footed.

  • This lad Ferguson, has been with WBA since he was 6 years old, he is Baggies through and through, now the suspicions are he is being ill advised by probably his parents or his agent, to move to another club for big money💰these young players cannot handle the money and fame this brings, he would be far better furthering his career by signing for WBA and for another 3 years then maybe move on! 👍
