Catford Wanderers’ tennis courts in demand – with all standards of player welcome

The tennis courts at Catford Wanderers have been back in action for some weeks with singles play only and one to one coaching from coach Luke Grantham.

All Kent and North Kent Tennis Summer Leagues have been cancelled  as have the club’s club championship and other social tournaments.

The club’s six grass courts are in regular use with players eager to enjoy the wonderful sunshine.

Catford Wanderers Club is based in Beckenham Hill Road behind Homebase. For membership enquiries contact Andy Williams on 07808 052096 – and coaching enquiries should go to Luke on 07729 672965 .

The club welcomes players of all standards – from beginners to team players.

Everyone at the South London Press thanks you for your continued support.

Former Housing Secretary Robert Jenrick has encouraged everyone in the country who can afford to do so to buy a newspaper, and told the Downing Street press briefing:

“A FREE COUNTRY NEEDS A FREE PRESS, AND THE NEWSPAPERS OF OUR COUNTRY ARE UNDER SIGNIFICANT FINANCIAL PRESSURE”

If you can afford to do so, we would be so grateful if you can make a donation which will allow us to continue to bring stories to you, both in print and online. Or please make cheques payable to “MSI Media Limited” and send by post to South London Press, Unit 112, 160 Bromley Road, Catford, London SE6 2NZ
