AFC Wimbledon are interested in taking Birmingham City goalkeeper Connal Trueman on loan.
The Dons have had success with temporary deals for stoppers in recent seasons with Cardiff’s Joe Day, Bournemouth’s Aaron Ramsdale and George Long, now at Hull City, all impressing during their stays at the League One outfit.
Birmingham-born Trueman, 24, has made 10 Championship appearances for the Blues this season.
His only loan to date was to non-league Solihull Moors in 2017.
Birmingham could be set to lose Lee Camp on a free this summer and are likely to want to resolve that situation before they allow Trueman to make any exit.
Wimbledon are also thought to be considering Lambeth-born Joe Bursik – who started on their books.
The 20-year-old, capped by England at U20 level, joined Stoke City in the summer of 2017 and has had spells with Accrington Stanley, AFC Telford United and Hednesford Town.
Bursik is under contract with the Championship side until 2023.
