A recycled Christmas tree and a tablecloth have won a family support worker a place in the final of the Miss England contest.

The 26-year-old won the Miss Eco round with an outfit made from her old Christmas tree and a discarded tablecloth.

Constance was planning to travel to Kenya in April 2020 to work at a children’s centre but due to Covid-19 this has been put on hold.

Constance was also one of the top two fundraisers in the contest. She managed to collect £1,350 for the Miss World Beauty with a Purpose charity, which helps disadvantaged kids around the world – and most of the amount she raised during lockdown. Constance then raised another £770 for a special tree planting project.

More than £10,000 was raised between contestants for charity.  Beauty with a Purpose is the Miss World charity which helps disadvantaged children and youngsters throughout the world and contestants supported the Wedoethcialawards Tree Planting Campaign .
