Sixth arrest in murder of Salem Koudou in Lambeth last month
Police investigating the death of 20-year-old Salem Koudou in Lambeth last month have made a sixth arrest.
An 18-year-old man was arrested on Friday on suspicion of murder. He has been released on bail to a date in October.
The arrest follows an incident on Thursday, August 20 when police were called just before 6pm to reports of a fight near Overton Road, Loughborough Junction.
Officers, the London Ambulance Service (LAS) and London’s Air Ambulance all attended the scene.
Salem was found suffering stab injuries in Wynne Road and was taken to hospital for treatment, but died there later that evening.
Two men have been charged with Salem’s murder.
A 21-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of murder on September 1 and taken to a South London police station. He has since been bailed pending further enquiries.
