Five arrested in connection with murder of Rico Andrews

Detectives have arrested five people in connection with the murder of 21-year-old Rico Andrews, who was shot in the chest in October.

A 32-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of murder on Saturday at a commercial venue in Guildford, Surrey, and taken into custody.

He is being transferred to a custody suite in north-west London, the Met said.

A 27-year-old man and three women, aged 31, 33 and 38,  were also arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender. They, too, are in custody.

Previously, Josh Eno, 23, of no fixed address, was charged with murder on October 27. He appeared in custody at Willesden Magistrates’ Court on October 28, and then at the Old Bailey on October 31.

A murder investigation was launched after police were called at around 9.50pm on October 5 to reports of gunshots heard in Shuttleworth Road, Wandsworth.
