Major League DJz join Baxter Dury and Dizzee Rascal for South Facing Festival line-up

After an exciting edition in 2023, South Facing Festival is returning to Crystal Palace for 2024.

A huge line-up of artists including Baxter Dury, Dizzee Rascal and Damian Marley have already been announced as playing across various dates in July and August.

Major League DJz are the latest announcement for the open-air concert series.

Hailing from South Africa, Major League DJz are trailblazers in bringing Amapiano to the world.

The duo consists of Bandile and Banele Mbere, identical twin brothers with a catalogue of collaborators including Major Lazer, Diplo and Black Coffee.

After their recent success in South Africa, The Major League DJz will take to the stage in Crystal Palace as part of South Facing Festival on August 3.

Organisers have also announced that they’ll be launching a new all-dayer as part of South Facing fest: Love Motion.

This disco, soul and electronic party will be headlined by the icon Grace Jones. Also on the bill will be Irish singer and dance-pop star RĂłisĂn Murphy, and London-based disco DJ Oli Keens, among others.

Last year, Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds, Rudimental, First Aid Kit, Sister Sledge and Craig David all topped the bills, with support acts including Johnny Marr and Happy Mondays.
