The London Craft Beer Festival is back

London Craft Beer Festival is back with bang at Tobacco Dock on August 11th & 12.

This year’s stellar food line-up features ACME Fire Cult, Bone Daddies, Chick’s, Sours, Tacos Padres and Tendril, and sandwich kings, Dom’s Subs.

Brought to you by beer brothers Greg Wells and Dan Sylvester, founders of We Are Beer, this year’s two-day fest will take over both floors of the historic docks; featuring more than 150 breweries and a record 800 different beers – all of which will be ready to sample as part of the all-inclusive ticket.

Yes, that does mean the ticket price includes all of your beer for just £57.50 per person.

Mexican street food favourites Tacos Padre, delicious deli dishes from 10 Greek Street, east London’s award-winning Decatur and veggie and plant-based greatness from Tendril.

This year, each menu will also have its own London beer pairing.

Among this years’ extensive list of breweries, expect a strong local showing from some of the city’s most popular breweries, such as The Kernel, Gipsy Hill, and Signature Brew, alongside some of the latest emerging talent, including Pretty Decent, Exale and Mammoth.

There will also be national big hitters like Tiny Rebel from Wales, Thornbridge from The Peak District, and Verdant from Cornwall.

For real ale fans, this also marks the return of The Cask Yard, led by pub favourites Timothy Taylor’s, Fullers’, and Hepworth.

From further afield, Australia’s Stone & Wood will be turning the open air roof of the venue into a Byron Beach bar, the Brewers’ Association of America will be bringing an array of craft giants from across the Atlantic to their vault, and for the first time there will be a showcase of French beer from Paris, Lyon and further afield.

Beyond beer, there will be cider from Somerset’s must-visit estate The Newt, cocktails from super sought after Finnish distillery Kyrö, and the hottest non-alcoholic apertivo, Botivo, as well as over 25 non-brewery bars.

This year’s knock-out food offering will be taking it to another level, and feature bespoke menus from 10 incredible London-based restaurant titans.

ACME Fire Cult, led by chefs Andrew Clarke and Dan Watkins, will be setting the festival on fire with their famous barbecued fare, alongside bao buns from the city’s favourite rock’n’roll ramen joint, Bone Daddies.

Live music will also feature throughout the day, and includes a ‘new music’ stage for super exciting up and coming artists, playing folk, blues, and rock – you never know, you may even be one of the first to watch a rising star!
