Glam guests got stuck into Hummingbird Bakery Easter treats

By Sarah Tetteh

It was time to celebrate in glam style at the Women’s Awards in London –  where A-list guests were treated to champers and Hummingbird Bakery’s finest treats.

Fans were over the moon to see stylish stars including legend Dame Joan Collins, Dame Kelly Holmes and I’m A Celeb supermum Myleene Klass scoop a selection of gongs for, well, just being fabulous.

Organisers went all out to make sure it was a night to remember –  guests’ glasses were kept full to the brim with champagne, and bespoke cocktails, while staff went out to get delicious cupcakes in red velvet and vanilla flavours from celeb favourite, Hummingbird Bakery.

We even got a sneak peek of their stunning Easter selection including a super cute Easter Bunny Ear cake, the Easter Creme Egg cheesecake and the Easter Mini Egg brownie –  all in a hamper which is available this Easter for fans too.

My girl Myleene was delighted with her awards. One of the hardest women in pop, tv and philanthropy, this mum has got it going on.

Looking stunning in her leopard print dress at the Sky Andrew’s plush event, Myleene posted on Instagram: “Well that was unexpected!

“I just won TWO awards tonight at @womensawards. Aspirational woman and Inspirational mother!

“Needless to say, I am completely blown away.

“Thank you Severine Berman of @the_mutha_ship. 18 years of working together. There are many who believe their own hype, thinking their success is all down to them, I am very much aware, I didn’t do it alone. x

“I have tried my utmost to use my position and voice to empower women and children through my work with @savechildrenuk, @stjohn_ambulance, @princestrust and @tommys and My book They don’t teach this at school.”
