Empty town hall to host art exhibition
Fulham Town Hall will host an art exhibition after laying empty for ten years.
The exhibition, called Art in the Age of now, will open on May 20 and feature contemporary art, live music and talks.
Installations include a communal recreation of Stonehenge in the grand ballroom, conceptualised by Ben Moore, and a sculpture entitled Mastectomy Mameria by Charlotte Colbert which explores her sense of life postpartum.
The Mayor’s Parlour will also be converted into a venue for fine dining, drinks and music by writer Christabel Milbanke.
