Sophie Faith takes London’s Jazz music scene by storm

Sophie Faith is undoubtedly one of the most exciting voices emerging from London’s Jazz and Soul scene.

Ms Faith has endless amounts of energy during her performances.

But her best quality is her voice.

Up there with all the best old school Jazz singers but with her own contemporary swing, Ms Faith is taking London’s music scene by storm.

On July 27, Rough Trade East in Old Truman Brewery, just off Brick Lane, will host a very special live in-store performance and signing from Ms Faith.

This one off event celebrates the vinyl release of Ms Faiths’ brand new EP, The Right Side of Wrong, in collaboration with TLD Records.

The event is free entry and vinyls will be available for purchase on the day.

Rough trade is an independent record store that first opened in 1976, in west London, on the doorstep of punk.

Forty-four years later, they’re still celebrating the most exciting new music.

Rough Trade East is their largest UK store, home to some legendary live performances since it first opened in 2007, including Blur, John Prine, Public Enemy.
