What’s On: Christmas by the River, London Bridge City

Following on from the success of Summer by the River, London Bridge City has announced the return of the picturesque festive market, Christmas by the River, which will run from November 26 – January 5.

Perfect for family and friends, Christmas by The River boasts more than 70 stalls and a busy schedule of creative workshops, to keep both parents and kids busy over the Christmas break.

The festive stalls offer a variety of boutique gifts and world cuisine, for a unique Christmas shopping experience with unbeatable riverside views.

With picture perfect views of some of London’s most iconic landmarks, the ski themed bar at The Scoop, will be the ideal London location to stave off the cold and enjoy a hot toddy.

With more live music scheduled for this year, visitors will be transported to elegant snowy peaks of the Alps.

Back by popular demand, the six-week event will see festive crafts workshops return to The Pier’s pop-up winter workshop, visitors will be able to try their hand at a range of arts and crafts from Christmas wreath making to Christmas jumper decorating in support of Save the Children.
