Man taken to hospital after stabbing in Norwood

A 36-year-old man was taken to hospital after a stabbing in Norwood.

Police were called at around 2.00am on Saturday following reports of a stabbing in High Street, near Norwood Junction.

Officers and the London Ambulance Service attended and a man was taken to hospital. His condition is not life-threatening.

A 36-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm and has been released on bail.
