Appeals after man is injured in Brockley shooting
An investigation has been launched following a shooting.
Police were called at around 3.15pm on Monday, to reports of shots in St Norbert Road, Brockley.
Officers, including firearms officers, attended. A search of the area was carried out but there was no trace of any suspects or victims.
Police were called a short time later after an 18-year-old man turned up at a South London hospital with a gunshot injury. His injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
Officers are working to trace two male suspects seen leaving the area on a moped.
There have been no arrests so far.
Detectives from Specialist Crime (Trident) are investigating and ask anyone who was in the area and saw anything suspicious, or who may have captured dash cam or doorbell footage that could assist police, to make contact.
