Brixton shooting leaves man, 44, with ‘potentially life-changing’ injuries
A 44-year-old man is suffering from “potentially life-changing” injuries after he was shot in the leg in the early hours this morning.
Police were called to reports of a shooting in Coldharbour Lane, Brixton, at around 12.20am.
Officers attended the scene, alongside London Ambulance Service paramedics.
A man was found with a gunshot injury to his leg.
He was taken to hospital, where his condition was assessed as “non-life-threatening but potentially life-changing”, police said.
There have been no arrests.
Cops have recovered a number of shell casings from the scene.
A crime scene is in place and enquiries are ongoing with detectives from Specialist Crime investigating.
