Brockwell Lido offering free use of pool and gym on Saturday

Residents are all invited to ‘Get Sportaneous’ and take advantage of free activities at Brockwell Lido.

The Dulwich Road pool will be opening its doors from 10am-2pm on Saturday, offering free use of the gym from 10am to noon and free swims in the Lido from noon until 2pm.

The day is designed to give people the opportunity to try out the facilities and have fun.  So, if you’ve always fancied a cold-water dip or heating up in the gym, this is the perfect opportunity.

Anthony Cawley, chief executive at Fusion Lifestyle, the charity which runs Brockwell Lido, said: “Getting active is important for everyone and our Get Sportaneous open day is a great opportunity for our teams to meet and greet the local community, offer their support and expertise, and showcase the activities on offer.”
