CCTV images released following attempted robbery on train
British Transport Police (BTP) have released CCTV images of two men following an attempted robbery on a train.
The incident took place at around 10.30pm on August 23. The victim was travelling on a train heading towards New Cross railway station when he noticed two people acting suspiciously towards him.
As he got off the train and attempted to raise his concerns to staff, he was approached by two men who threatened him with a knife and demanded his bike, BTP said.
The victim was able to get to a place of safety with his bike and the men left.
