Commuters gets chance to quiz rail bosses

Tense commuters will have the chance to quiz rail managers at the country’s busiest station next month.

South Western Railway (SWR) is hosting its latest Meet the Manager session on Wednesday, February 26 at Waterloo railway station.

The session is an opportunity for customers to ask questions directly to SWR’s directors and senior management on a range of issues, from service performance, train frequency and safety to investment in new trains, sustainability and car parking.

Customers will have the opportunity to meet one-to-one, for up to 15 minutes, between 3.30pm and 7.30pm on the day.

Transport Focus will facilitate the event, as an impartial and independent body, liaising with customers and SWR’s customer experience team.
