Driver guilty of parking fraud after using altered one-day visitor parking scratch cards
A driver who used illegally altered one-day visitor parking scratch cards and then falsely appealed the resulting parking tickets has been prosecuted.
Joao Marques, 44, of Flaxman Road, Loughborough Junction plead guilty at Inner London Crown Court on October 21 to two counts of fraud and sentenced to 300 hours of community service and £600 towards the cost ofbringing the prosecution
