Firefighters tackling blaze in Forest Hill
Firefighters are battling a blaze at a three-storey block of flats in Forest Hill.
London Fire Brigade was called shortly before 9am today to the block in Stanstead Road where part of the roof of a flat on the third floor is alight.
Six fire engines and about 40 firefighters are tackling the blaze.
There is traffic disruption on the South Circular between Elsinmore Road and the B128 junction.
Fire crews from Forest Hill, Lewisham, Greenwich and other surrounding fire stations are at the scene.
The cause of the fire is not known at this stage.
