Four men charged with murder of 22-year-old Tyrese Miller who was shot dead
Four men have been charged with the murder of Tyrese Miller who was fatally shot earlier this month.
Manuel Paulo, 19 of Garrett Lane, Earlsfield, Kavaun Morrison, 18, of Swain Close, off Mitcham Lane, Armani McClymont, 20 of Camden Way, Thornton Heath and Denzel Kwateng, 20, of Parkway, New Addington, were all arrested on Wednesday.
They have all been charged with murder and possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life.
These charges come after police were called at around 2.30am on April 4, to reports of a man found injured in Croydon Road, near the junction with Beddington Lane in Mitcham.
Officers and London Ambulance Service attended. Despite the best efforts of the emergency services, Tyrese died there a short time later. His next of kin have been informed.
A post-mortem examination conducted on April 5 found the cause of death to have been a gunshot wound to the chest.
The four men will appear in custody at Wimbledon Magistrates’ Court today.
