Horror stabbing leaves man in hospital as attacker remains on the loose

A man is being treated in hospital after a stabbing yesterday evening.

Police were called to Rymer Street in Herne Hill at around 7.45pm to reports of a stabbing.

Officers attended along with paramedics from the London Ambulance Service. 

A man, in his 30s, was found suffering from stab wounds.

He was treated at the scene and then taken to hospital. His condition has been assessed as not life-threatening

So far no arrests have been made and enquiries continue.

The Met have asked any witnesses to call 101 quoting CAD 6243/11Jun.
