Lambeth, Croydon, Bromley and Chelmsford residents charged following drugs raids
Five people have been charged with drug offences following a series of warrants across South London.
A total of nine warrants were executed yesterday Wednesday, 19 August, at addresses in Croydon, Lambeth, Bromley and Chelmsford. The following have now been charged:
Tanya McKenna, 40, of Portland Road, Croydon was charged with four counts of supplying Class A drugs. She was bailed to appear at Croydon Crown Court on Thursday, 17 September.
Dwayne James, 27, of St Andres Road, Croydon, pleaded guilty to five counts of Class A drug supply at Croydon Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, 20 August, and has since been remanded to attend Croydon Crown Court on a date yet to be confirmed.
Rudolph Dixon, 61, of Norbury Avenue, Croydon was charged with five counts of supplying Class A drugs. He was bailed to appear at Lavender Hill Magistrates’ Court on Monday, 19 October.
Wesley Robinson, 42, of Bloomhall Road, West Norwood, was charged with the supplying Class A drugs. He was bailed to appear at court on a date yet to be confirmed.
Kai Keyes, 21, of Charnwood Avenue, Chelmsford was charged with five counts of supplying Class A drugs. He was remanded in custody and will appear at Croydon Crown Court on Thursday, 17 September.
A 22-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of possession of a Taser. He has been released under investigation.
A 23-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply Class A and B drugs. He has been released under investigation.
A 28 year-old man was arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of Class A drugs, and possession of an imitation firearm. He has been released under investigation.
