Group of 12 people charged in Southwark, Brixton, Brixton Hill, Norbury, Clapham and Streatham Hill after drugs raids
Police have charged 12 people following an operation carried out targeting drugs and violent crime in South London.
The males were all arrested after warrants were executed in the Lambeth and Southwark area on Wednesday, 10 June.
A number of officers were involved in the operation, including the Violent Crime Taskforce (VCTF), Lambeth and Southwark local officers and Territorial Support Group (TSG).
The males’ charged are:
Ali Diakite, 18, of Glanville Road, Brixton Hill, was charged and remanded for possession with intent to supply cocaine and MDMA. He appeared at Croydon Magistrates’ Court on 11 June and has been bailed to appear at Inner London Crown Court on 9 July.
Abdirahman Salad, 23, of Tierney Road, Streatham Hill, was charged and remanded for being concerned in the supply of heroin and crack cocaine, five counts of supply of heroin, five counts of supply of crack cocaine. He appeared at Croydon Magistrates’ Court on 11 June and was remanded in custody to appear at Inner London Crown Court on 9 July.
A 16 year-old male was charged and remanded with conspiracy to supply crack cocaine and heroin and 12 counts of supply of crack cocaine and heroin. He appeared at Croydon Magistrates’ Court on 11 June and has been bailed to appear at Inner London Crown Court on 9 July.
Connor Cambridge, 26, of Ramilies Close, Brixton Hill, was charged and remanded with conspiracy to supply crack cocaine and heroin. He appeared at Croydon Magistrates’ Court on 11 June and was remanded in custody to appear at Inner London Crown Court on 9 July.
A 16 year-old male was charged and remanded with three counts of supply of Class A drugs. He appeared at Croydon Magistrates’ Court on 11 June and has been bailed to appear at Inner London Crown Court on 9 July.
Darnell Davis-Henningham, 25, of Green Lane, Norbury, was charged and remanded with four counts of supply of Class A drugs. He appeared at Croydon Magistrates’ Court on 11 June and was remanded in custody to appear at Inner London Crown Court on 9 July.
A 16 year-old male was charged and remanded with conspiracy to supply crack cocaine and heroin and supplying crack cocaine and heroin. He appeared at Croydon Magistrates’ Court on 11 June and has been bailed to appear at Inner London Crown Court on 9 July.
Mohammed Sheikh Hussein, 24, of the Wiliam Bonny Estate, Clapham, was charged and remanded with two counts of supply crack cocaine, supply heroin, concerned in supply of heroin, concerned in supply of crack cocaine, possession with intent to supply heroin and possession of criminal property. He appeared at Croydon Magistrates’ Court on 11 June and was remanded in custody to appear at Inner London Crown Court on 9 July.
Ayokunle Adeniran, 22, of Effra Parade, Brixton Hill, was charged and remanded with seven counts of supply Class A drugs, two counts of possession with intent to supply Class A drugs and possession of criminal property. He appeared at Croydon Magistrates’ Court on 11 June and was remanded in custody to appear at Inner London Crown Court on 9 July.
Dillon Dawes, 54, of Clifford Drive, Brixton, was charged and remanded with supplying crack cocaine and heroin. He is appearing at Croydon Magistrates’ Court on 12 June.
A 14 year old male was charged and remanded with conspiracy to supply crack cocaine and heroin and supplying crack cocaine and heroin. He is appearing at Croydon Magistrates’ Court on 12 June.

A 17 year-old male has been bailed to return to police station on 8 July for possession with intent to supply Class B drugs.
