Man detained after suspected drink-drive crash injures pedestrian
A man has been arrested on suspicion of drink-driving after a crash in Old Kent Road.
The incident involved a vehicle and a pedestrian near Peckham Park Road at around 4.30pm on Wednesday.
Police, London Ambulance Service and London’s Air Ambulance attended and found a pedestrian, a man in his 20s, injured.
He was taken to hospital for treatment where his condition was assessed as not being life threatening.
Officers arrested a man on suspicion of drink-driving.
