Man to appear in court charged with killing a woman and drink driving
A man is to appear in court charged with offences following a fatal collision in Chelsea last year.
Laszlo Dancs, 28, of Heathfield Road, Acton will appear at the Old Bailey tomorrow, charged with causing death by dangerous driving, drink and drug driving, as well as failing to comply with a breathalyser test.
The charges relate to a collision involving a car and a pedestrian in Cheyne Walk, Chelsea on May 14, 2022. The pedestrian, Olivia Riley, 41, from Suffolk died at the scene.
He was previously charged and appeared at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on November 14, 2022.
