Man with epilepsy missing for a week without medication
The police are appealing for the public’s help to find a man who has been missing for a week.
Steven Carolan, 33, was last seen getting off a bus near Putney Bridge, Putney, at around 6.50pm on November 3.
Police have said they are “growing increasingly concerned” for Mr Carolan’s welfare. He suffers from epilepsy and police have said he does not have access to his medication.
Mr Carolan was last seen wearing black clothing and black trainers with white soles.
Police enquiries found that Mr Carolan boarded a route 28 bus at around 5.30pm from West Kensington Station, towards Wandsworth.
He then took a route 220 bus from Mapleton Crescent in Wandsworth, outside Southside Shopping Centre, at 6.30pm, before getting off at Putney Bridge at around 6.50pm, according to the Met.
His mother, Sandra Carolan, said: “Steven, you’re not in any trouble. Your mum and dad want to help, we can help you and we love you very much.”
Met Detective Inspector Fiona Van Kampen, said: “We have carried out a number of enquiries to try and find Steven and we are appealing for anyone who may have seen him last Friday, or in the week since, to contact us.”
A spokesman from the Met said: “Anyone with information is asked to call 101 quoting CAD 2483/04Nov. Report immediate sightings by calling 999.
“You can also contact the Missing People charity by calling 116 000. This service is free and confidential.”
