Met confirm ‘unexpected’ death of Sidcup woman in mid-20s

The Met are treating the death of a woman in her mid-20s on Saturday as “unexpected”.

Police were called at around 3.45pm following concerns for the welfare of an occupant at an address on East Rochester Way in Sidcup.

Emergency services attended and provided first aid. Despite their efforts, the woman died at the scene.

Her next of kin have been informed.

At this stage, police are not seeking anyone in connection with the death.
