Not-for-profit offers support over Christmas period with food bank
A not-for-profit organisation is offering its support to the community with a food bank over the festive period.
RJ4ALL, based in Plough Way, Rotherhithe, supports 350 people a month through its food bank, digital drop-ins, employment and education workshops.
The food bank is open every Monday from 9.45am for anyone who needs help, with no voucher required.
Professor Theo Gavrielides, founder and director of the RJ4All said: “Restoring justice for our communities starts with kindness and acts of service.
“I am very proud of our South London volunteers giving up their free time this festive period to run our food bank.
“Community cohesion without food security is not possible. We hope that more will join our vision to build the world’s first restorative justice postcode.”
RJ4ALL’s food bank will be open on Monday from 9.45am until 11am at the RJ4ALL centre in Plough Way, Rotherhithe.
