Police appeal for help to find Sidcup man with mental health issues missing from hospital

Police are appealing for the public’s help to find a 47-year-old man who went missing from hospital while being treated for mental health issues.

Karl Langston, of Sidcup, was last seen at about 10:00am on Monday, May, 21 at Queen Mary’s Hospital where he is being treated for mental health issues.

He is white, about 5ft11ins, of large build with short brown hair.

At the time of his disappearance he was wearing a green top, blue jeans and a black cap.

He is known to frequent the Richmond area.

Karl is vulnerable and is without his medication.

Members of the public who sight Karl are urged not to approach him but to call 999.

Officers are increasingly concerned for Karl’s wellbeing and would urge anyone with information on his whereabouts to call 999 or the South West Cluster’s Missing Persons Unit on 101 quoting CAD 1139/22MAY.
