Police appeal to find three men after fatal stabbing of Jason Romeo
Cops are appealing to the public to help find three men, known to frequent Deptford, in connection with a fatal stabbing in Hackney.
Jason Romeo, 20, was stabbed to death in Bodney Street, at around 6pm on Tuesday.
Police have named three men they want to speak to in connection with the attack.
Raynolph Asante, 22, Rhamyah Bailey-Edwards, 21, and Travis Mitchell, 21, are known to frequent Deptford as well as Hackney and Walthamstow, police said.
Detective Superintendent Kelly Allen, leading the investigation, said: “Our team is working tirelessly to identity those responsible for Jason’s murder. We now need the public’s help to trace Asante, Bailey-Edwards and Mitchell. I would urge anybody with information about their whereabouts to contact us immediately by calling 999.”
The Met have urged the public not to approach the three men. Instead, contact the police on 999, quoting 5635/18Feb.
