Police searching for man who ‘did Nazi salute’ at protest

​​Police want to speak to a man who appeared to perform a Nazi salute at a Pro-Palestine protest on Saturday.

Up to 3,000 Palestine protesters gathered for the rally and vigil which took place in central London.

The man allegedly made the gesture in Trafalgar Square, towards a group of counter-protesters linked to the pro-Israel “stop the hate” group.

Wearing a dark knitted hat, a dark hooded jacket, and a navy padded outer coat, the man is described as white with brown hair, aged between 20 and 25 years old.

Anyone who recognises this man or who has any other information about the incident should call 101 giving both reference 01/1202354/24 and the reference of the specific image.
