Second arrest in killing of Tai Jordan O’Donnell in Mitcham last week

A second arrest has been made by detectives investigating the murder of Tai Jordan O’Donnell on March 3 in Mitcham.
A 26-year-old man was arrested on Monday, 8 March on suspicion of murder. He remains in custody at a South London police station.
Kamila Ahmad, 22, of Robinhood Lane, Mitcham, was charged with murder on Sunday, 7 March.
She appeared in custody at Bromley Magistrates’ Court on Monday, 8 March. She is due to appear next at the Central Criminal Court on Wednesday, 10 March.
Police were called by the London Ambulance Service at 12.12pm on Wednesday, 3 March to Alpha Road, CR0.
Officers attended and found 19-year-old Tai with a number of knife wounds to his legs. He was pronounced dead at the scene at 12.17pm. His family was notified and is being supported by specialist officers.
