Second teenager charged over Clapham South killing of Malcolm Mide-Madariola

A second teenager has been charged with the murder of 17-year-old Malcolm Mide-Madariola.

Treynae Campbell, 18, of Longfield Crescent, Sydenham, was charged on Thursday, 8 November with murder, following the fatal stabbing of Malcolm Mide-Madariola.

He is in custody and is due to appear at Bromley Magistrates’ Court today, Friday, 9 November.

This follows the arrest of an 18-year-old man on Monday, 5 November, on suspicion of murder. He has been bailed until a date in late November.

A 17-year-old boy has already appeared at Bromley Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, 7 November charged with murder. He is due to appear at the Old Bailey today.

Malcolm died in hospital after being found stabbed in Balham Hill, near to Clapham South underground station on the afternoon of Friday, 2 November.
