Teenager recovering after being shot in Brixton
The victim of a shooting in Brixton on Saturday, thought to be in his teens, is recovering in hospital.
Police were called by paramedics at 5.55pm on Saturday, 29 September to reports of a shooting on Lyham Road.
A statement from the Metropolitan Police said: “A man, thought to be aged in his late teens, was taken to a South London hospital where he remains in a stable condition. His injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.”
The Trident and Area Crime Command has been informed.
There have been no arrests and enquiries continue.
