Teenager taken to hospital after being hit by bus on busy high street

A teenage boy was taken to hospital after he was hit by a bus yesterday.

Police were called at around 4.15pm to reports of a bus collision with a pedestrian on Woolwich High Street, North Woolwich.

Officers and the London Ambulance Service attended the scene and the pedestrian was taken to hospital. 

Police have said that his injuries are not believed to be life threatening.
