Unicorn Theatre in Southwark’s host one and two-day workshops for children.

Booking is now open for the Unicorn Theatre in Southwark’s new series of one and two-day workshops for various ages between three and 14.

All workshops are run by Unicorn approved professional artists and offer children the chance to learn new skills, have fun and make new friends.

Weird & Wonderful Grimm Creations
Tue 14 or Wed 15 Aug | Ages 7 – 11 | One-day workshop. A fun and challenging workshop that explores the world of costume, scenery and set design.

Irish Dancing & Ceilidh Fun
Thu 16 – Fri 17 Aug | Ages 6 – 11 | Two-day workshop. Unicorn has teamed up with an Irish Dancing World Champion to bring you high-energy workshop. No dance experience required.

Family Ceilidh Craic
Sat 18 Aug | Ages 3+ or the whole family | Mini workshop. Bring the whole family to a high-energy Ceilidh workshop led by an Irish Dancing World Champion. Great for absolute beginners through to experts.

A Grimm Design
Tue 21 – Wed 22 Aug | Ages 10 – 14 | Two-day workshop. An in-depth workshop exploring costume, scenery and stage design. You’ll create your own design to take home using Grimm Tales as inspiration.

West African Drumming & Dance
Thu 23 or Fri 24 Aug | Ages 7 – 11 | One-day workshop. An introduction to the energetic style of West African drumming and dance. This loud and proud day will culminate in a scratch performance for family and friends.

Moving & Grooving: Dance Medley
Sat 25 Aug | Ages 7 – 11 | One-day workshop A jam packed day exploring the world of contemporary dance, disco moves, street style and Bollywood boogie with Sardines Dance Collective.
