Wheely useful way of getting round hospital

More than 1,000 people have signed up to use a wheelchair hire at a hopital after just three month in operation.

Wheelshare claims it gives patients secure, reliable wheelchair access at King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.

It is free for the first four hours of use.

Chief business development officer for Wheelshare, Nir Tobis, said, “With this partnership, we have been able to improve patient experience together through the implementation of our innovative wheelchair technology.”
