Woman, 36, charged with murder following stabbing of Levi Earnest Morrison in Sydenham on Saturday

A woman has been charged with murder following the fatal stabbing on 17-year-old Levi Ernest-Morrison in Sydenham.

Nichola Leighton, 36, of Lockwood Close, Sydenham – 250 yards from where Levi died – will appear in custody at Bromley Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, 14 April charged with murder.

Leighton was arrested on Sunday, 11 April.


Homicide detectives from Specialist Crime continue to investigate after Levi was attacked in Sydenham Road, Sydenham, on Saturday, 10 April.

Enquiries into the circumstances continue including to identify any other people involved.
